Walking through Hernando Part Dos!

Today was definitely Flower day in Hernando. I love getting up early and catching nature as the sun is coming up. It's my absolute favorite time of the day.

The neighbor's house. they have the prettiest yard. ever.

For some reason Hernando is full of these pink/purple trees. i love them. and so does my camera.

I thought it was neat seeing these pink trees so closer together. the contrast in colors came out nicely.

Jackson Zoo. Ice Cream Safari Day 2009

Jackson Zoo hosted an ice cream safari day. Local businesses held a 'ice cream tasting contest' Each table had a different flavor of ice cream and jackson city folks got to go around and sample all the different flavors and vote for their favorite. What a great way to get the city involved!
